Michael Daly, admitted to the bar in 1977, has been representing injured and disabled individuals since 1989.  About a third of his practice is in Oswego County.

After his 1976 graduation from the Cornell Law School, Mr. Daly practiced law with Onondaga Neighborhood Legal Services until 1981, and then as an associate and later a partner with the Mackenzie Law Office in Syracuse until 1989.  From 1989 to 1992 he was part of Baker, Clark, Satter & Daly and its successor partnerships.  From 1992 to 2008, until Edward Pitts retired from private practice to become a Social Security Law Judge, Mike and Ed were the partnership Daly & Pitts.

Before law school, Mr. Daly was graduated from Oberlin College and served three years as a military intelligence specialist with the U.S. Army.  He is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR), the Injured Workers Bar Association of New York (IWBA), the Workers Compensation Bar Association of Central New York, the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA), and the Onondaga County Bar Association (OCBA).  He is past-president and a current umpire with the Fayetteville-Manlius Little League.  He sings and serves on the Board of Directors of Schola Cantorum of Syracuse.
