Mr. Daly is honored to be of counsel to Attorney James K. Eby, a trial lawyer who has maintained a law practice in Oswego since 1976.  Mr. Eby's areas of practice include personal injury, medical malpractice, criminal law, vehicle accidents, driving while intoxicated, administrative claims, real estate transactions, and matrimonial matters.

Mr. Eby graduated from Colgate University in 1971 and from the Syracuse University School of Law in 1975.  He is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.  He served in 1982-83 as President of the Oswego County Bar Association, and he is a director of the Upstate Trial Lawyers Association.  Since 1978 Mr. Eby has served as Oswego County's Family Court Attorney.
